MIWAClub _Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MIWAClub. MIWAClub is own by Nutriscience Global Sdn. Bhd. AKA the brand owner of Dale & Cecil, our head office located at No.13, Jalan Ekoperniagaan 2/3, Taman Ekoperniagaan 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. By registering user account or membership with us, you’re agreeing to comply with and bound with our terms and conditions contained herein. Any improper or unauthorized use of the membership is strictly prohibited. 


Terms & Condition

  • Eligible

Member will be required to register phone number during the application process. Each Member is only entitled to have one (1) account. Members are not allowed to have multiple accounts and enrollment of several persons in a single account is also not allowed.

  • Changes to Membership Terms

Nutriscience Global Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change, modify, add, remove, and amend any terms and conditions contained herein at anytime without any further notice. Your continued use of our MIWAClub indicates your acceptance of our changes or modifications.

  • Point Collection

ONLY Malaysia batch of products are eligible, contain product point QR code sticker, oversea market isn’t in our current loyalty program coverage. Users are highly encouraged to scan QR code for point collection after the purchase is completed. Pre-scanning QR code for point collection without making purchase is highly forbidden, we, Nutriscience Global Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to take legal action against any party in policy violation and loyalty point abusing.  

  • Intellectual Property 

The contents from MIWAClub are all protected by copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights. The content is intended for personal use, illustration, and information only, no content shall be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, or distributed in any way without permission from Nutriscience Global Sdn. Bhd.

  • Privacy Policy 

All personal information provided to Nutriscience Global Sdn. Bhd. shall be collected, used, protected, and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia. 

  • Point and Reward

Point will be expired after 1 year from the collected date, it will be unrecoverable. All points and redeem rewards are not exchangeable to cash value and transferable. Users are encouraged to redeem your rewards within the timeframe. We, Nutriscience Global Sdn. Bhd. DO NOT provide any warranty or after service for ALL shipped rewards. Users are encouraged to direct contact product’s company for further assistant or any inquiries. 

  • Value

Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. The accumulation of points does not entitle the Program Members to any vested rights, and we, Nutriscience Global Sdn. Bhd. does not guarantee in any way the continued availability of any reward, redemption level, rebate, or any other benefit. The Company assumes no liability to Members as regards the addition or deletion of items from or for which points can be collected and/or redeemed.

  • Shipping Address

MIWAClub is only open for residents residing in Malaysia with Malaysia shipping address, any request for shipping address outside of Malaysia will be ignored. We, Nutriscience Global Sdn. Bhd. will NOT make second shipment if the parcel is lost, damaged, delayed in courier’s fault, or wrong info provided by user. 

  • Refusal, Suspension, or Termination of Membership

User’s account will be terminated if we found any policy violation or loyalty point abusing or breach of membership terms, user is given 3 DAYS to response to our investigation email. Any user who failed to response will lead to membership termination without any further notice. Terminated account will also remove all collected point, claimed reward or any pending shipment. User’s registered info will be blacklisted and prohibited to enjoy our member benefits. 

  • Marketing Purpose

By registering with us, you are granted Nutriscience Global Sdn. Bhd. the right to use your provided info in related marketing materials and advertising channels.  

  • Limitation of Liability 

We, Nutriscience Global Sdn. Bhd. DO NOT take responsible if user reached any private trade with dealers, sellers, and third party. We reserve the right to reject, refuse or deny any collected point, redeemed gift if user(s) or seller(s) is using improper method. 

  • Inactive Accounts

Member’s account is deemed to be an inactive account if points are not earned in connection with such account for 1 year time. Once an account is deemed as an inactive account, all points, rewards associated with the account will be reduced to ZERO and not recoverable. Inactive account might lead to termination without any further notice.
